However, it has a new location for the user's local dictionary, so you
may need to tell it bout some words again.

This doesn't actually appear to be the case. I'm not sure if this is
a doc bug or a release bug. Greg?

We should probably note that the NOREMOTE and NOCREATE rc.conf
variables are now also overridden by the access file, since all they
do is create or remove the files in /etc. this also means that the
questions in mkserv remote are somewhat misleading.

do we want to note that /etc/noremote and nocreate will be honored iff
/etc/athena/access does not exist?

As part of hte "Remote access features added" paragraph, we should
note the new encryption option to mkserv remote.

mkserv remote will now ask:

"Do you wish to require encrypted passwords on remote "
 "connections?"

If you answer yes, the workstation will be configured to not allow
users to log in with cleartext passwords. The default is currently
no, but use of this option is encouraged, given the prevalence of
machines that have been cracked and had sniffers installed. If your
workstation is already mkserv remote, the easiest way to enable this
is (once your machine has been update to Athena 8.2) log in as root
and run 'mkserv remote' again. This will re-prompt you about various
things and allow you to change the defaults (this is also a reasonable
way to change teh ACCESSON default). As always, you must reboot after
running mkserv.

Feel free to wordsmith or re-write any of the above, I wasn't
attempting to write things that would be understandable by all users.
Let me know if I also failed to write things that were understandable
by you. :-)
