MACHINE wrong in O2 rc.conf

On a newly installed 8.2 O2, MACHINE is set to INDY instead of O2.
This was correct for an 8.1 machine, because the 8.1 reactivate
tested this when cleaning /tmp, but should be O2 for 8.2. The
install is always setting MACHINE to INDY; I will fix it soon.
(The 8.2 reactivate no longer looks at $MACHINE, so I don't know
of any problems the wrong setting might cause).
Also, the comments in rc.conf need updating:
# MACHINE should be one of INDY.
# SYSTEM should be one of IRIX52, IRIX53.
