.environment isn't evaluated before sshd runs xauth, thus it's not an
option. I would much prefer that sshd created a temporary filename to
stuff into the XAUTHORITY, in the same way it does KRB5CCNAME, and I in
fact did this to my copy of sshd on starkiller. AFAIK, it is not
possible to set an environmental variable to point at a temporary value
in this fashion using any of the ssh configuration files.
