This bug isn't viewable on Sunsolve and I don't (yet) have a copy
of it.
The easy workaround here is to use "catman -w -M" which only generates
windex files, and not cat-pages.
The assertion that this is fixed in Solaris 2.7 is a little bogus since
2.7 has all SGML manpages, afaik.
