This happens every time miki reloads the OS. I have no idea why.
(Maybe she has a umask of 0.) Some day I'll stop forgetting to check.
Anyway, it'll be fixed the next time I regenerate the stat file.
Everything else you said sounds like it's expected, although the ssh
symlinks sound really ugly and pointless.
