We used to track . in sys_rvd; now we don't.  But we still track . in
os_rvd, so it's getting the permissions for / from the os directory.

I chmod'd the os directory 755 for now.  I guess I'll put "chmod 755
/" in the 8.1.5 version script (the alternative is setting TRACKOS,
which is slow).
