What were you trying to do?
look at file permissions on various files on my machine
What went wrong?
I found some I didn't like.
What should have happened?
I should like all of the permissions.
Yo, got any documentation, or other info?
Specifically, I dont like / being mode 777. When this has
happened with previous releases, it is because the dest of the /srvd
link in afs was also mode 777. That isn't the case here, but the
destination of /os is, which may or may not be related.
