The Model is that you acquire authentication in a locker before
running software there. Running attach with the -n option would
violate that, and there would be no documented guarantee that the
software in that locker would work. If a locker doesn't require
authentication (as the moira locker doesn't), then it can use 'n' in
its filsys entry.
