Dot noticed that under 8.1 when she ran moira with root tickets she
sometimes ended up wit root tokens. I turns out that this is due to
attach attaching moira in the attach&run script. I have switched the
moira locker from type 'w' to type'n', so attach shouldn't try to
authenticate when it attaches the moira locker. The change should
take effect tonight, and should solve the problem.
