sun4x_55 netscape is different from sun4m_54 netscape

The Netscape on suns for 8.1 needs help.
It tries to run the netscape for sun4m_53, which is older than
netscape for sun4m_54.  This causes a dialog box to come up, asking
users to acquiesce to an old license agreement.

This is probably not right.
