The way to figure out is to do "ls -l /usr/athena/etc/disserve". If
it's setuid (an 's' in the fourth column), something else is wrong.
If it's not setuid, it's the same problem.
Assuming disserve is not setuid, then we still don't know why, of
course (it doesn't happen to anyone else so far). Please send me

* The contents of /var/athena/update.log
* The contents of /usr/vice/etc/SuidCells
