There is a security hole in the ktelnetd in the telnet locker.
Assuming this hasn't already been fixed in the release, I want to see
it fixed before we go to field (before early is not a requirement, but
would be nice). Greg, Craig and Burce should all already know all of
the details. This message is mostly to let the rest of the release
team know I have an issue here.
