I think it's a running-moira-through-encrypted-rlogin-with-Sun-on-
one-side-and-Indy-on-the-other problem. In other words, rlogin
connection or terminal emulation or something. The only basis I have
for this is that running the sgi_52 moira under Irix 5.3 does not
exhibit any scrolling problems that I have seen.
