AFS doesn't set the time at all; it only adjusts it, and that in
finite increments. There's not a bug here. I assume that AFS will
continue to adjust time as usual on the Sparc 5...
I'm going to be fixing init.d/athena to run gettime from the proper
location.

Actually, we don't run timed under Solaris because it doesn't work
well. I'm still assuming that AFS does what it's supposed to.
