Interesting.
Here is the log for when I fixed this for main-stream ATK:
revision 1.8

Evolution:
-t is not a valid troff option. The rs6000 chokes on it.
absolute paths for troff and lpr are removed, so that
RS6000 can find lpr.
So this problem has probably been in olh since then.
Unless... Do you have a preferences file? Does it have a
*.formatcommand line?
Somebody should show me the insides of how olh prints so we can run in
the three year old bug fix...
