The discussd in Athena Release 7,.6 appears to be broken. When I attempt
to create meetings (with mkds) on a machine running the 7.6 discussd binary
I always get;
Insufficient access for operation. Can't create meeting.
When I use the discussd binary from the 7.4 system packs, I get SUCCESS!
The checksum for the 7.6 binary is 20238 212
The checksum for the 7.4 binary is 53468 212
