Since at least last night running olh on a 7.2 machine yeilds the
following message before starting up the program:
Help is on the way...

This is a test version of OLH. The production version is available on the
Athena system packs (/usr/athena/bin/help). Do not use this version except
for Documentation group work.

This is confusing for normal users, espeically since olh can take a
long time to start.
If we're going to keep things of the import of olh in lockers we have
to be better about updating them, especially around release time.
Can somebody change this ASAP?
