Please ensure that the following changes take place:
1. All Athena compatibility for kerberos rlogin exists on the RT, VAX and MIPS
platforms. Would be nice for RIOS. We need this fix as old servers
in the field will break.
2. Emacs:
- rmail needs to use the old style format
- command line arguements need to be backward compatible
3. check_dot_files
- needs to be advertised for the release
- a variant needs to be run against all NFS servers to gather
statistics as to the size of the problem without infringing
on user's privavcy.
