If the problem is that the entire titlebar is showing, then that can be
explained by the fact that the X server on the RISC/6000 is an R3 based
X server, and does not support shape extensions, which are a
prerequisite for the "squeezed titlebars".
IBM claims they will be upgrading to R4 in the next major OS release (by
which time, we might be up to R5).
