cannot attach postscript locker

Since it only happened to me in 7.3, I'll report it. I'm not able to
attach the "postscript" locker. Here is what I get:
on decmips (hydrox-cookie):
> attach postscript
attach: Authentication failed to host CHARON.MIT.EDU for filesystem postscript
> attach -n postscript
postscript: Authentication failed
Isn't the "-n" option supposed to not-authenticate? On vax3100
(heath-bar) it works fine.
I attach on login: consult logos gnu matlab x11r4 motif sipb watchmaker
olc-stock and sailor, and they all attach fine...
When I try to attach "discuss" which is also on charon, the
authentication fails. Is it because charon is a sipb machine and some
things aren't set up correctly?
