These are the programs compiled without -O that I think should be fixed:
nroff (some files were optimized, most were not)
pstat (RT)
savecore (RT)
dbx (RT)
tn3270
diction
Several directories in the print quota code were unoptimized, but I
can't tell which are installed and which are used only to build the
programs.
