Whose idea was this change, and who is responsible for putting it into
the release? I don't recall any discussion of it on the "testers" list.
For consistency, we should also rename "/usr/ucb/man". (I'm sure there
are more similar cases, 'find /srvd -name "*man*" -type f -perm -111'
will list the ones in the release.)
