I see that I am not the only one who thinks this change is silly...
Ombudsman is a word; ombudsperson isn't.
It's bad enough when we have a word in the release that doesn't appear
in the on-line webster dictionary, and is not commonly known, but to
have it also mutilated into gibberish because it might be considered
"harassment"???
