What were you trying to do?
Run /usr/athena/xinfo on my megapel (color) head.
What's wrong:
It drags the X server to a standstill starting up, and when it
finally finishes starting up, the entire bitmap portion of the
xinfo window is solid white -- no bitmap. When the bitmap
gets refresh events, the actual bitmap outlines show for a
minute, but then they become white again.
What should have happened:
It should display properly in color.
