The missing /usr/athena/logout is likely to break some users' dot files
(those who have their own .xsession copied & modified from the Athena
one a while back...). The 7.1H /usr/athena/lib/init/xsession has:
# Start the xlogout window. To skip this, put the command
# "set skip_xlogout" in your .environment file.

(/usr/athena/xlogout &)
endif
