Does standard 7.2 really leave the RT root at 106% or do I have
something screwy that I don't know about (unlikely)? Is this
going to be fixed? Can it be fixed? What about repartitioning
again? What about putting some things in /afs instead? 106% is
not very comfortable. For one thing, it causes errors when
users who are not root type "/etc/athena/activate"...
