What were you trying to do?
Start up an xterm and an emacs with a negative geometry spec
(80x60-0+0) so it would start up on the right edge of the screen.
What's wrong:
Under /usr/bin/X11/twm, xterm starts up one pixel too far to the
right (the 1-pixel wide border is not visible).
emacs starts at the right place.
What should have happened:
xterm should have gone in the right place.
My dotfiles indicate that this bug has been present since 7.1.
