What were you trying to do?
Update my workstation to 7.2, with "mail" as one of my
   	configured services.

   What's wrong:
Mkserv did not set NEWMAILCF to false when performing the
   	mkserv mail operation.

Ok, well if you have not changed sendmail.cf, then why should mkserv
hack on the NEWMAILCF variable? The standard public sendmail.cf has
some support for incoming mail, and if the workstation owner is not
changing the standard one, why should the workstation not then track the
current standard? (I did bounce this rationale off a couple of other
people to make sure I wasn't talking nonsense).

I would consider it a bug if "mkserv" changed the NEWMAILCF variable
from "false" to "true". If that is what happened, please let me know,
and I'll look into it.
