Subj: TSM 4.1.3 for Windows

Good Afternoon,
Information Systems and the TSM Windows Release Team are proud to
announce availability and support of Version 4.1.3 of the TSM (Tivoli)
file-backup client software for Windows systems.
Why should I upgrade? -- Improvements and new features
------------------------------------------
- Includes fix for Daylight Savings time bug in TSM 3.7.
- Permits automatic internal password changes.
Additionally, ADSM users will benefit from:
- Performance improvements. TSM automatically allows for multiple
sessions per user.
- Easier configuration via pull-down menus.
- Easier exclusions of files and folders.
- Continued support. Older ADSM versions are no longer eligible for
technical assistance from vendor.
Also, the new MIT installer will:
- provide a more convenient installation process.
- include server settings for the TSM server 'ADSMB', the default for
new subscriptions at MIT.
- set up automatic exclusion of cache and temp files from backup.
Minimum System Requirements
------------------------------------------
Intel 80486 or Intel-based 80486 or greater processor
Disk space used during installation only: 135 MB
Minimum disk space used after installation: 30 MB
Minimum 32 MB RAM
Windows NT Workstation 4.0 or higher, Windows 95/98/ME, Windows 2000
