Information Systems is announcing that the release effort for Virex
7.2.1 is underway, focusing on testing, documentation and gearing up
support. Virex 7.2.1 is the latest version of McAfee's anti-virus
software for Mac OS X. The Virex release team plans to finish the
effort by July 25.
New features since Virex 7.0:
* eUpdate--update DAT files within Virex
* much improved user interface
* faster virus scanning
* can detect viruses in many new types of files, such as PDFs and
compressed files
