Re: Secure CRT 4.0.2 Release Effort Underway
The Secure CRT Release Team has begun the effort to deliver Secure CRT to
the MIT community. The release effort will focus on testing of the product,
creating documentation for the product, gearing up support, and packaging
the product for the MIT environment.
Secure CRT is a SSH terminal emulation client for the Windows platform. Its
key features include:
-Supports SSH, Telnet, serial, and other protocols
-Activator tray utility minimizes desktop clutter
-Secure Shell encrypted logon, session data
-Able to securely connect through Network Address Translation (NAT) boxes
(DSL and Cable Modem routers, etc) so home users can connect securely from
behind these devices
To learn more about its features, please visit the following URL:

We will send updates throughout the process. For more information on Secure
CRT and the release effort, see http://web.mit.edu/swrt/releases/securecrt.
