Re: Critical Vulnerabilities in Firefox

A highly critical vulnerability has been discovered in some versions of
the Firefox web browser, and the instructions for how the vulnerability
can be exploited have been made public. The vulnerabilities have been
confirmed in Firefox version 1.0.3. Other versions (prior to 1.0.3)
are also believed to be affected.

If you use the Firefox browser, you should update your web browser
software to Firefox 1.0.4 immediately from the vendor's website
(http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/)

For more complete technical information, go to
http://secunia.com/advisories/15292/.

If you have questions about this advisory, contact <security@mit.edu>.
