Hi Dave,
When we chatted about IPM and the potential "administrative" (SAP) print
queues, I expressed interest in a common solution and not to differentiate
the Athena print queues between academic and administrative. Today, so we
know which queues need to be created in SAP, we segregate them by print
servers (arbor-eater and fiber).
Like an abundance of SAP R/3 user accounts, there are plenty of SAP R/3
print queues which have not seen a print request either. Today, the
printers/print queues exceed 630 and at last query... approximately 25%
had not sent a print request via the queue for xxxx period of time. I
would need to check again on the date parameters. I just looked at another
list and there are 50 printers which would not work properly today. More
than likely, the printer has been relocated, renamed, replaced, etc. and
the corresponding "clean-up" has not been done.
At the moment, this fund is over extended by approximately $200K. Before
agreeing, what does the current license cover? What number of printers?
Thanks,
Theresa
