Gang,
I spoke with Nate on Tuesday and expressed some concerns with regards
to past support for some services out of W91. I mentioned that
the print team has a strong desire to have Support fully aligned
with the rollout and support of the new print services. He understood,
appeared very supportive, and offered time on the Support TL's agenda
for Thursday, 11/16. Mary Ellen and I will represent the team. No
need for others to attend.
