Here's my draft list of browser functions for desktop users and
consultants. It includes feedback I just got from Theresa. Your
comments would be greatly appreciated. I'm including Carol Wood
on this note to see if the BLT would like additional functions
in the browser interface for her consultants.

Desktop User Browser Functions:
- submit a file
- display the list of all queued files (not just the owner's files)
- display file information on my actively printing file
- delete my file(s)
- move my file(s) to another queue
- cancel my actively printing file (is this possible?)
Consultant Browser Functions:
- display the list of all queued files
- display file information on any actively printing file
- delete any queued file(s)
- move any file to another queue
- cancel any actively printing file (if possible)
