Accomplishments (since 9/29/2000):
- Set up the IPM-OPS mailing list for server operations issues.
- Worked on web interface issues.
- Made preliminary determination that IPM can work with a kerberized
lpd to provide kerberized client access.
- Made preliminary determination that SSH & X Windows can be used to
provide secure access to Java GUI for operators and sysadmins.
- Abandoned plans for port monitor and Macintosh development work.
Goals for the coming month:
- Further update Enterprise Printing WBS
- Finalize IBM statement of work for web interface
- Respond to questions from R3-Admin.
- Respond to additional questions from David Rosenberg
- Set up IPM for production work.
