Hi Gang,
I expect we'll have a shorter meeting than usual today @ 9:45. Some
potential agenda items include:
- do we need another 3160 to replace the 3827
- 3827 to 3160 conversion update (Lynne?)
- a further drill down on the accounting requirements
- update on test plans for Alumni, SAP, Admissions, etc.
- Kip's leaving the team
- avoiding "the project that never ends" syndrome
- SoW - high level requirements for IBM; we hope to discuss this on
an afternoon conference call with Dan
