Hi Gang,
Here are some proposed agenga items for our 9:45 meeting.
1) finalizing the desktop user function chart (ought to be quick)
2) SoW status
3) IT Partners bullets for Joanne Straggas
4) testing plans & schedule for FSS, Alumni, Admissions & SSIT (ODSUE)
5) accounting
6) BM status (if Ceci isn't available, I'll speak with her privately to
better understand her availability, the remaining work & estimated
schedule)
FYI- a security vulnerability in the IPM server was detected by our
network security staff on Friday. I forwarded the note to ASST for repair.
However, in thinking about this right now, if the problem is in the
application, Rocklyn will need to fix it instead of Jody. I'll forward
the original note from the net security team.
