Hi Gang,

Here are a few suggestions for better documenting our decisions and
thought processes for desktop access to the new services.

1) create a "desktop access to new service" link from the homepage
2) specifically identify the three desktop functions considered:
   - notification
   - print file submission
   - end user queue management
3) document the decision and reason for not caring about notification
4) document our decision to minimize desktop maintenance by using
   K/LPR & browse interfaces for submission & queue management
5) point to our newly created chart of options
