I'd rather not eat a lot of Jody's time unnecessarily by having her sit
thru team meetings where we're discussing issues which are not relevant
to her technical work. However, we do need to keep her in the loop as
much as possible. We've just negotiated with Jeff Harrington to do some
Mac client coding. We're using Jeff as an external resource to the team
for efficiency reasons. I'm hoping this model will work with Jody as well.
I can think of two major areas which we'll need to work with Jody - the
project timeline for key milestones and technical issues. I'd like
to propose that Rocklyn & I meet with Jody to discuss these two topics.
We could establish a regularly scheduled meeting with her to keep us
all on the same page. If she really prefers attending our team's meetings
we could accommodate that model too. I'll speak with Jody in the next day
or so.
