Let me add some details...

We are scheduling resources [both Pioneer and ASST] to install the hardware
[includes component connections, hardware testing, and RAID configuration]
and the operating system [including installation and file system layout] on
Monday, September 25th.  The work estimate [from Pioneer] is that this
activity will take 8 hours.  To be conservative, the earliest date that the
system would be available for Jeff Banta would be Wednesday, the 27th.  [If
one believes that everything will go perfectly smoothly, then the system
might be available Tuesday, September 26th.]

Please note that there are lots of other activities that need to happen on
these platforms before we're ready for any type of "service".  For example,
we do not have a backup system for this platform yet.
