Hi Gang,
Based on a few early responses, let's plan to meet from 11-noon
Friday, 9/8, in my office to prep for the OCMG meeting. Please come
prepared with a bulleted list of the things you think we ought to
cover at OCMG.
We had planned for a whole day offsite (read: fun & celebration) at
Lambert's Lakeside Lounge this Monday *if* we had the initial
service up & running. Since there have been some delays and we missed
several milestone targets, I'd like to postpone the date for the offsite.
Let's plan for a new date, and also plan for a normal meeting on Monday
from 9:45-11:45. Agenda TBA.
