This note is mainly for Bill but I thought all of you would be interested.

FYI - we have several goals for migrating more printing to E19. They are:
- better utilization of the E19 operator
- better utilization of the E19 printers
- faster delivery of output to E19 customers
- elimination of the 3827

Bill, please see me today or tomorrow. I have noticed some minor increase
in the volumes processed on the E19 3160 printer. However, in order to
remove the 3827, we'll need to migrate a much larger portion of the
print load to E19. I'd like to meet with you to outline a more formalized
process for making this happen. Everyone on the team should be aware of
this effort, and they should also be making suggestions for migrating
appropriate print files to E19. John Guy should be reviewing most of the
output delivered to him from W91 to determine if that output could
more appropriately be printed by him. Anyway, please see me when you
can.

-Dave
