Hi Team,
I am going to be attending a conference next week starting Monday morning.
Given where things stand currently, I don't think much will be accomplished
by us meeting this coming Monday (July 24). We should be sure to keep working
on our tasks however. Here is what I believe needs to be done:
Rocklyn: Update and redistribute the WBS.
Follow up with IBM on the IPM clients and DCE.
Respond to questions from FSS and R3-Admin.
Mary Ellen: Distribute the minutes from our last meeting (8/17).
Lynne: Start testing the 3160 with the IPM server in the terminal room.
Cecilia: Continue work on the phased rollout.
As far as I know, we still have no word from Peter on the hardware purchase.
Everyone should be sure to submit their accomplishments and goals by Monday
so that Dave will have something to work with when he returns.
If I've left anything out, or if you have any corrections or other comments
please let me know. I will definitely be monitoring email next week.
