Hi Mary Ellen,

Thanks for the update. Clearly the project will be getting a lot more
visibility over the next couple of weeks with planned talks for FSS
techies, R3-Admin, ASPCC, OCMG & SAP-IT. The material is pretty much
set for next Wed's SAP-IT & ASPCC with the exception of a picture.
I'm concerned that we'll start taking heat from Support unless we
get to those TLs real soon. We need to set down a clear set of
Support expectations with timelines, and negotiate with them - same
as we did with ASST, Karen & Roger to provide the application and
AIX support.

Since the 6/21 material is virtually done, I'd like you to change
one of your goals for preparing for the 6/21 meeting (there are actually
two that day), to something like "begin developing support plan for the
new service". You'll need to work with both the business modeling
and techies. We need to develop the plan and then meet with the Support
TLs ASAP. The recent ping from Marina Haupman re PDF printing for
Admissions is a perfect example of the kind of assistance Support
should be giving for the new service.

Please let me know if this shift in priorities is problematic for you
or unclear. Thanks in advance.
                               -Dave
