Hi Gang,
I have a meeting conflict this morning. However, I think it would
still be quite useful for the techies to meet. I believe Cecilia
had planned to attend too. If you have time, please begin to identify
a detailed rollout WBS - realizing the timing issues will need to
be ironed out after the planned meeting with Roger. ME is out this
week. So, please capture your discussions and send to the list.
Cecilia & Kip, do you feel a need to meet this afternoon? If not,
please use the time for project work. Thanks.

ps. If two prod servers means two IPM licenses, please rethink
business continuity plans. It might make more sense to plan
on two equivalent servers - one for production in W91 and one
in E40 for test/dev.
