Yes, it does seem reasonable to expect that someone who has tried to use
the service has probably read about it beforehand. Even then, there may be
an interval between first reading and a later failed use, so that the error
report itself should point (also) to the basic-info URL, since the
InfoPrint pages make no such higher-level reference (yet).
I think the InfoPrint Manger "main" page should also be linked from the
"central" page, either where IPM is introduced, or in a new section with a
few details of use.

and got this result:

Similarly, when following the KLPR link:

I got this result:
