I noticed that pillage is not being viewed by ops as a production
server for CUR. I suspect their view is driven by what's documented in
the windsurf webpages. Here's what I found on windsurf:
1) pillage & plunder do not appear in the 'production list' or the
'complete list'; also, unless there are strong reasons for sorting
these two lists by date, sorting by hostname would sure make the
lists easier to use from my perspective
2) 'hostnames & clients' lists pillage as the test/dev machine and
plunder as production; these descriptions need to be reversed
3) 'system descriptions & SNs' also needs to reverse the descriptions
for the two servers; plunder doesn't need to be 7x24; I would like
to suggest that pillage be changed to 'Gold' given the recovery
requirements to support Cat 1 business appls; also, there's a
minor discrepancy in the format of the CPU models
4) it was unclear to me what Field Service number should be used
for pillage/plunder h/w problems
The print delivery team assumed this work was completed several months
ago. So, we would appreciate an update on your current estimate for
updating the windsurf pages. Thanks much!
