Fran & J,

First off, thanks a bunch to both of you for talking about the
recent difficulities with IPM - namely around the lack of a delivery
address on the header page. We're trying to resolve some pushback
we've received regarding the requirement of a delivery address before
IPM accepts a file. IPM allows a user to set this via the browser
interface but some folks don't want us to enforce it. Once set, IPM
remembers the delivery address and associates it with the kerberos
principle. It can be changed if the user so desires - for instance
if the user moves to another office.

I finally got hold of Jay Nickerson today, and stepped him thru
the simple process of setting his delivery address. You should
see that on the header page from now on. We'll try to coach other
EP1 users to do the same ASAP. Thanks for your patience.

In the mean time, and as we continue thru the less than smooth rollout
of IPM, here are a couple of other suggestions.
1) Check the online directory for the kerberos principle. If listed,
this should tell you their room number.
2) Contact Jay if you have a question about the delivery of EP1 output
   which is not for jnicker.
3) Send email to printdel@mit.edu if anyone reports they have not
received their EP1 output and you don't recall printing it nor
   see it in the queue.

Again, thanks much for your help and the prior discussions today!

-Dave
