Ah jeez, Jim, "presentation" sounds so formal.  Let's just call it
a status update on the project's efforts.  Thanks for giving the
project team an opportunity to discucc with you what we learned during
discovery, where we are currently with the delivery efforts, and
where we see the delivery efforts heading in the near and far future -
and to get your feedback!  I'm including ASST on this reply since
they clearly have an interest in our project too.

I've negotiated with Cecilia for W91-250.  So, let's plan to meet
on the 17th at 10am in W91-250.  It would be useful if folks could
review the consultant's report which can be found off the delivery
project notebook at http://web.mit.edu/is/delivery/enterprint/.  The
Business Analysis Report would also be a useful read.  It can be
found off the discovery project notebook at
http://web.mit.edu/is/discovery/enter-print/
